Shipping Info​

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Express.
 Our top priority is to get your order to you as fast as possible. 
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and all major holidays)
​For custom orders please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
 Shipping rates will vary depending on your location and shipping method and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders over $35 will qualify for free shipping (U.S. orders only) :)
 Tracking info will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.
 

​Delayed or Lost items

 

​We are not responsible for delayed or lost items, but please contact us if your order has been lost in transit and we'll do what we can to help.
Please note USPS does not guarantee delivery date.
All orders are shipped from Idaho.


 Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
​Original shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
​Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.
​If you received a defected item please contact us right away with an image of the defected product and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
